Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours. Please give 24-hour notice for cancellations.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by calling our main telephone number: (916) 983-3500.
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient is seen in our office prior to medication renewal. Prescriptions are not renewed by the on-call physician after hours or on the weekends.
No Children Policy
Please do not bring children under 10 years of age, with the exception of newborns to your visit. This policy is to protect your child from harmful items in our exam rooms (bio-hazards and expensive medical equipment) and to protect our pregnant moms from common childhood diseases like chickenpox and german measles. We have also found that children are not always appropriate due to the private and personal nature of gynecologic exam. The full policy is explained here.
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns. We do not accept American Express credit cards.
