Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours. Please give 24-hour notice for cancellations.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by calling our main telephone number: (916) 983-3500.
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient is seen in our office prior to medication renewal. Prescriptions are not renewed by the on-call physician after hours or on the weekends.
No Children Policy
Please do not bring children under the age of 10, with the exception of newborns to your visit. This is our policy so that we can protect your children from the potentially dangerous items in our exam rooms (bio-hazards and expensive medical equipment) and to protect our pregnant moms from common diseases like chickenpox and german measles that are common among children. Lastly, due to the private and personal nature of gynecologic exams, we have also found that children being present is not always appropriate.
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns. We do not accept American Express credit cards.
